BT500 is a cutting-edge boiler treatment solution that utilizes EM as a raw material. With a pH of 3.5, this eco-friendly product stands out for its gentle acidity, devoid of harsh hydrochloric or sulfuric acids. This unique formulation not only ensures effective boiler maintenance but also safeguards the integrity of pipes and joints within the boiler system. BT500 excels at removing scales, rust, lime, water stains, sticky residues, and other impurities from boilers, thereby preserving their cleanliness and optimizing their efficiency.

Key Effects of BT500:

  1. Scale Removal: BT500 is highly effective in safely removing scale deposits from the interior of boiler pipes. Scale buildup, primarily consisting of minerals like calcium, magnesium, and silica, is a significant contributor to reduced boiler performance and overheating.

  2. Boiler Noise Reduction: BT500's scale and rust removal capabilities result in smoother water circulation within the boiler. This, in turn, reduces noise levels during normal boiler operation.

  3. Corrosion Resistance and Pressure Reduction: By preventing the formation of carbon dioxide within the boiler, BT500 safeguards pipes from corrosion and enhances water circulation and thermal conductivity. This effectively prolongs the lifespan of the boiler, reduces the risk of pipe failure, and lowers internal pressure.

  4. Fuel Cost Savings: The internal pressure reduction achieved with BT500 translates into decreased fuel consumption, offering substantial cost savings in the long run.

  5. Odor Elimination: BT500 tackles foul odors originating from the boiler by decomposing odor-causing bacteria and other elements at their source.

Directions for BT500 Usage:

  1. For a standard 10 HP boiler, add 2 oz. of BT500 into the return tank daily. (For 5 HP, use 1 oz.)
  2. Wait until all BT500 precipitates, then proceed with the blowdown process.
  3. In cases of severe scale buildup, repeat the process two to three times.
  4. Upon opening the bottle, the natural formation of white sediment is normal.
  5. If the product develops a foul odor after prolonged storage, discontinue its use and replace it with a new one.

Storage Instructions:

  1. Store BT500 at room temperature (70-75°F) and away from heat sources.
  2. For optimal efficiency, use the product within 3 months after opening.
  3. Unopened products can be safely stored for up to one year.
